Plans Change

There's no avoiding it...it just happens. Plans change. The only thing you can do is adjust. My friend from high school and his wife (Chris and Kelly) were supposed to come into town this weekend...but due to the last minute plans, his family just won't be around. So, he and Kelly will delay their trip until early June.

Let's see, some other plans that changed...The Expedition 14 Crew (LA and Misha) and the tourist (Simonyi) were supposed to land on Friday morning. But the landing zone is flooded. This delays the landing until Saturday morning. This little delay upset some plans that the Increment 14 team had. We were going to have a "liquid" lunch on Friday after the successful landing. But you see, saturday is Luke's 3rd birthday party. After 7 months of hard work, i'd like to be at the Increment 14 toxification. I also want to be at Luke's party. I can make both, but i need to work out some details.

Um...let's see...My brother and his wife (Brandon and Jessica) will be visiting with me after they get back from their Mexican Cruise. But as luck would have it, i have a flight specific sim that day, that i probably won't be able to get out of. I'd like to spend some time with them since i don't get to see them that often. I'll still be able to hang out with them, but just not as long as i'd like to.

So, the moral of the post is that plans change...and i say...just roll with em...
