I FINALLY got it! I got the signature that i needed. I am one step closer to writing the final words in my long 12 year chapter. since the 60 day "cooling off" period has already expired, i expect that a court date will be nearer rather than further away. I will drop the paper work off at the lawyer's office on my way to work today and that should be that. I attend court, sign some documents, and it's done...
...then i can open to a fresh blank page and start the first words of a new chapter...
